  • Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your door. You can also log into your account on our website anytime to view your order details and see the latest updates.

  • We want you to absolutely love your new treasures! If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 21-day return policy, meaning you have 21 days from the day you receive your goodies to get the return to us. Please visit our Returns & Refund Policy for further information.

  • We ship with Australia Post, and while we do our best to get your order on its way quickly, delivery times are in their hands once your parcel has left us. 

    Australia - Usually 3 to 5 business days.

    International -  Usually 7 to 21 business days.

    During peak holiday and sale seasons, Australia Post can experience higher demand, which might extend delivery times a little. We are grateful for your understanding as your order makes its way to you.

  • Each piece is a little unique, so be sure to follow the care instructions found on your garment's label. If you're ever unsure, we recommend a gentle cold hand wash (not in the machine). For all crochet and knit items, always hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry — this helps keep their beautiful shape and softness for seasons to come.

  • If you need to make changes to your order, please get in touch with our lovely customer care team HERE as soon as possible by emailing us. Be sure to include your order number and clearly outline the changes you'd like to make.

    We’ll do our very best to catch your order before it ships, but please note that once it’s been dispatched from our warehouse, we’re unable to make any changes.

  • There are a few special items we are unable to accept for returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns on sale items, promo sales, or purchases made with discount codes, unless of course the item is faulty. Faulty sale pieces are only eligible for return as a store credit within 14 days of receiving them.

    We recommend sending your original item back to us for a refund, the sooner it gets to us, the sooner we can process it (usually within 3 to 5 business days).
