Refunds 

As a small boutique, we’re unable to offer refunds, but we truly appreciate your understanding and support of our dream.

Returns

We want you to absolutely love your new treasures! If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 21-day return policy, meaning you have 21 days from the day you receive your goodies to get the return to us.

To be eligible, your item needs to be in the same condition as when it arrived: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Once your return arrives back to us and we’ve given it a little look over, we’ll let you know if it’s good to go. Approved returns will be issued as a store credit, valid for 6 months, so you’ll have plenty of time to find something you adore.

Damages and issues

When your parcel arrives, please take a moment to look everything over. If anything seems off, like if your item is damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, please get in touch with us right away so we can take care of it for you.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with all the details on how and where to send your package. Just a little note: items sent back without first reaching out to us won’t be accepted.

We’re here to help make things right and ensure you’re absolutely delighted with your treasures.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

There are a few special items we are unable to accept for returns or exchanges. Like personal care goods (such as beauty products), as well as bathers and jewellery, for hygiene reasons.

We also do not accept returns on sale items, promo sales, or purchases made with discount codes, unless of course the item is faulty. Sale pieces are only eligible for return as a store credit within 14 days of receiving them.

Exchanges

To make sure you don’t miss out on the item you love, we recommend returning your current piece and placing a separate order for the new one. That way, it can start its journey to you right away! You refund will be processed once we receive your return & please allow 3 to 5 business days.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are good for 3 years and can be enjoyed online or in our store. While they can’t be exchanged for cash, they make the perfect way to share a little magic with someone special.
