Free Standard Post within Australia for all orders above $150 AUD

$10 AUD for orders below $150AUD within Australia

$15 AUD for Express Post orders within Australia

$15 AUD for all orders under $300 within New Zealand & Singapore

Free Shipping within New Zealand & Singapore for all orders above $300AUD

Rest of the world $25 AUD for International shipping

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes,  including cancelling, swapping sizes, or modifying items, as it moves quickly through our packing and shipping process.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped daily. 

How long will shipping take?

We ship with Australia Post, and while we do our best to get your order on its way quickly, delivery times are in their hands once your parcel has left us. 

Australia - Usually 3 to 5 business days.

International -  Usually 7 to 21 business days.

During peak holiday and sale seasons, Australia Post can experience higher demand, which might extend delivery times a little. We are grateful for your understanding as your order makes its way to you.

International Charges

Just a heads up, any duties, taxes, or extra fees tied to international delivery are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged upon arrival. We truly appreciate your understanding.

My package has been lost or damaged in transit

Since we’re unable to manage parcels once they’re with Australia Post, you’ll need to get in touch with them directly for delivery issues. If there’s anything else we can do to help, please let us know!
